Through testing I have done, ADS actually does more damage through full mag & reserves compared to hip fire. Now it does take 2.5x longer to fire and reload in ads for full mag dump with reserves compared to hip fire. Thats where actium comes in and makes it a very close match. Reason I would use actium instead is for distance and more safety compared to hip fire and being very close to boss. Now when they nerf COO for ammo reserves, I believe that actium will be well more in dps for ADS compared to Hipfire. Further testing will be done once nerf to ammo supply

I’ve thought about using this exotic recently but thought that overall something else would be better. I’ll give it a try, thank you.

Is it better to use the single shot rather than hipfire it? Doesn't hipfire have higher dps even against actium war rig?
