Im sure it can't, its max is only 16gb 8x2 if im not wrong or else a bottle neck will happend

Can we replace keyboard with backlit keyboard

You can replace it with a backlit keyboard, but easier to just press F9 and light up the keyboard that's already in it.

you didnt remove battery to remove the other kb screws
