I thought about that as well but hard to tell, like he is using it for sure he is mute/unmuting sounds but the Mpc 1000 with the custom jjos has also this function so hard to tell if is just midi or really using it also as drum machine/sampler, anyway for sure for the clips has that akai midi controller@@DanielPaz-v8b

He use mpc 1000 and there is no xl model and it is not 12 bit and convertors are clean as your soundcard :)
