Wow der Wasserbungalow im Safari Island Resort Maldives sieht traumhaft aus. Früh aufwachen mit Blick aufs türkisblaue Meer. Was gibt es schöneres.
Wow great pictures the Safari Island Resort by the maldives is a beautiful place. I think the boat trip is the best option to See the dolphins and the manta rays.
Thanks. Safari Island was amazing. It was my first time seeing dolphins and swimming with manta rays. The boat trips, they offer, are really the best way to explore the Maldives
That's wild! Dig how much there is to see! Also agree that I'm not a fan of people talking so much in videos. It's like they go to these incredibly beautiful areas of the world then spend the video showing themselves talking. Same thing on facebook or instagram, people go to incredibly gorgeous areas then post selfies of themselves and not the scenery haha. Going forward and planning on doing all this I do wonder about the safety of it. For now diving and swimming in my local waters there's no issue really. I mean there's always an element of danger. No sharks or rays or anything like that though. Well a couple little sharks. With international travel there's all kinds of sea life that can hurt you ha. So many white tip sharks in this! They say that most animals won't attack unless they feel threatened. You got so close in the shots, really great shots. Looking forward to seeing more of this beautiful world!
From the few islands I've visited in the Maldives, Safari Island was on top for me I guess. Even tough the corals bleached a lot, the amount of fish, sharks, rays etc. at this reef was amazing. As you said, there's alaways the element of danger, but I never felt unsafely while snorkeling there. When I first was seeing I shark while snorkeling, I was a bit afraid, of course. But that really settled quite fast. Now I'm just fascinated watching them calmy with some distance. I've still got a lot of repsect for them. I filmed in 2.7K which allowed me to zoom a little without quality loss for exporting in full hd :) And of course the pole on the GoPro helped a lot getting these shots. I'm not a big fan of the talking in these videos as well, but I guess i'm overusing the selfie a little at times :) I'll be back in the Maldives someday, it's worth every cent for me. Thanks for your comment :)
@@Mister20seven ah it's all good! I dig the selfie swimming shots. Best kind of selfie there is! I use it a lot too. Especially cool if you can find some sort of tunnel or they usually call them "swim throughs" then it looks really interesting. I feel like I'd ask the locals about what to watch out for before going in haha. I have yet to see a shark in the water, looking forward to it. Happy travels to you!
@@dinnersat630 I've seen some footage of divers, where the went through a "swim trough" or caves, the footage looked sick. When diving you're also having a lot more opportunities.. playing with the sunlight etc. It's never wrong to get some input from the guys, who are in the sea almost every day :) You can definitely look forward to it, it's just amazing. Same to you :)
I'm normally not a fan of travel vlogs with no talking in them, but I found myself being very entertained by this video! Especially like the beer 'cheers' transition and the little distortion in the music when you started snorkeling :P Awesome underwater footage as well!
Thanks for your comment! Great that you found some enjoyable parts though :) With me it's the other way round, I'm usually not a fan of people talking too much in travel videos ;) The underwater world over there is just amazing
Thanks. The snorkeling was incredible,.Rays, sharks every time I went into the water. I'm still fascinated by the mantas, awesome how huge and majestic they are :)
I used the programs standard setting. 1920x1080, 60fps and bitrate of the file is about 27900 kbit/s. I filmed with 2.7k and made some slight colour corrections.

Super geiles Video !
Nice video! You saw more creatures on the water than us. We only snorkeled once in the house reef. We could have seen more if we did it more often. That's where Maldives is better compare to Bora bora which is the House reef.
Thanks. I was snorkeling every single day. It's one of the main reasons for me to go there. Yo should go more often, if you'll be around there again, it's amazing ;)
Thanks, Maldives are amazing in general. This was my 5th visit to the Maldives, I would go back there right now :D Bora Bora is on my list as well, hopefully the both of us will make it one day ;)

Can't get enough of those underwater shots. That eel is a bit scary though!
Yeah, these moray eels look a little creepy at first. But it was really cool to watch them, especially when they are moving around the reef
Very nice Video from Safari island - the maldives are also in our bucketlist. Thanks for sharing
Thanks, the Maldives are an absolute blast and so is Safari Island. I can highly reconmend it
