Not trying to bash your comment... but, don’t you think there are far better role models to look up to? For example, a nursing student attending nursing school for 20 hours of the week, working as a medical assistant and barista at Starbucks, maintaining a social life, studying habits and is able to volunteer at local hospitals? Everyone can have their role models but a lot of individuals are cheerleaders and students - it’s not that special!

Bella Sarai lockout, don’t look down, flexibility, confidence, trust, and just always do your part. Make your stunts calm and collected. Take it one count at a time. There is always a count for a reason so don’t rush it. Hope this helped a little 😊 tips from a flyer of 3 years. 2 years on an all star senior level 2 team
