Saranda (Sarandë) is a charming coastal city located in the southern part of Albania, near the border with Greece. It is situated on the Ionian Sea and is known for its crystal-clear waters, stunning beaches, and lively atmosphere. In this video i will also drive to Ksamil, it is a small village located on the Albanian Riviera, just a few kilometers south of Saranda. It is known for its beautiful beaches, turquoise waters, and breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Ksamil is a popular tourist destination, with visitors flocking to the area to enjoy the pristine beaches and stunning scenery.

Love this video. I was there back in 2010. Many buildings now have been completed and not just older Mercedes anymore on the street. Saranda looks lively, attractive!

It's not far from Greece. Greek island Corfu visible from Saranda 51:42 , so may be it's due to this. Thanks for watching!

Actually its GREEK city of Northern Epirus,saranda in Greek meaning the number forty,and the real name before the Albanian occupation it was Agii Saranda wich means the forty saints.
