A Fantastic Memorable Heartbeat Concert in Adelaide October 2006, Australia. We cant forget the great enthusiastic audience. All of us were in great mood and it made the difference.
I saw S. Karthick play last night with Prasanna. WOW! I've been playing ghatam for a few years now, but I had a wonderful Darshan with a master. Thank you for the inspiration and wonderful art.
Sir I'm a huge fan of yours...I've listened to countless recordings of yours and have seen you play live many times. I cherish this opportunity to communicate this to you - you are the greatest Ghatam player I've ever heard and one of the best percussionists I've heard. I used to learn Mridangam but unfortunately have had to sacrifice it for medical studies. I am still a huge fan of carnatic music and stay in touch through videos like this. You are truly great sir - keep it up!!
Karthick Sir, It was a great pleasure for me to Organize Heartbeat ensemble at UCSB. To personally meet you and everyone in the troupe was a great opportunity. Keep rocking! Always your fan! - Karthick, Santa Barbara UCSB Raagmala
No words!!! Truth be told....i came across your name just now whilst I was listening to Sir Vikku Vinayakaram....and sir you blew me away with this and the fusion performance at Thanjavur. Excellent. I do hope your group comes over to perform in Hong Kong some day. All the very best to you.
You are AMAZING! My (now grown) kids and I LOVE percussion, I am a potter and make ghatams and we play all kinds of drums together. We watched your video and were blown away. Thanks for the beauty and skill that you contribute to humanity : )
I am rendered speechless, that was one of the most amazing and beatifully mastered percussive performances I have ever seen, It brings joy to my heart to see this:) WOW!
Just pure brilliance sir. Calling you brilliant will not do enough justice to the level of appreciation i wish to convey to you. As peaceful as hearing the first rain drops falling on the dry soil. Thank you for giving me goosebumps. Thoroughly enjoyed your performance . :)
This was an absolutely fantastic concert! Thanks for uploading this, now I can share this experience with friends around the world. Waiting for more videos :) The CD I bought at the concert is always in my car and I have listened to it a million times.
