I don't usually watch hauls but I missed seeing your videos! At least we have Dollar Tree in Canada but don't get all the same stuff because our packaging is required to be in both English and French. I've never been into sugary drinks but I cut out chocolate and other sweets when my partner was pre-diabetic and making drastic changes to lower his A1C. He is so fit like you so it scared me that he could struggle with that when I'm the one with a family history of diabetes plus I'm fatter and a lot more sedentary than he is. Anyway, I hope you had a nice birthday and that I'll see you for Ten Minutes Better on Friday!

Be careful drinking Crystal Light, check to make sure it doesn’t have the cancer causing dyes in it. That’s why I stopped drinking it and peach tea was my favorite. 😢 I drink Propel mainly, no dyes in it. My TKO has been itching a lot too and has a runny nose, Allergy season. Hope Ranger gets better.
@@JaxFLGirl1222 interesting. Neither of those say a word about coloring except one says it uses vegetables or something for color 😆 the Snapple tea is A plus. Will def buy more. The other had more aftertaste
@@JaxFLGirl1222 ok I just looked crystal light ingredients up. It def has not changed. Still has all the food coloring. Well thx for mentioning it to me!! I will stick with the Snapple. It is really good. I'm impressed for $1.

Ugh do you know what the dyes are called. I thought it was the fake sugar that was causing the issues
