R.O. waste water to borewell , and roof top R.O. etc very nice idea.
Great job and good thinking all over. I particularly liked CCTV system set up and aqua guard water recycling. One bit of suggestion if you would consider. The bath area is currently between WB and WC. This would wet entire area when someone has a shower. Try moving the bathing area to the to keep wet and dry areas separate

NIce Bro, Good Job. Only small suggestion from my side, Toilet ventilator design to be changed, this is very old practice where mosquitos will enter. Go for Aluminium ventilator with Mesh, if possible with Exhaust fan provisions.

Yeah you r correct sir … but for south facing property we r facing this complication …. Coz as per vastu it is mandatory to fit master bed room at south west corner
It was a good walkthrough....mention dimention of flat, bedroom, kitchen..and materials used like granite type,floor tiles...it will be helpfull for oters n makes video better....interior n exterior design is great.....for me it felt tat bathrooms Wer bit small when compared to bedroom dimention
