I don't know man. I would think that washing properly is not something that someone has to tell you or show you how to do other than when you are a child. If you smell anywhere it's a sign you need to do a better job of cleaning that area. I understand that was difficult for him due to his phimosis, which makes it all the more obvious why he needed to get circumcized.

    • @ixlnxs

Believe it or not, but in the USA a lot of doctors don't have the faintest clue on how the penis works. They even tell young boys to forcibly retract the foreskin instead of "only clean what is seen" like the rest of the world.

    • @jackccrofootjr7228
      @jackccrofootjr7228 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@testtest-fn7sk 05:20 he admits that the Dr. gave him creams and a cleansing routine... but I couldn't stop masturbating to let it heal. (this guy had done entire videos about his Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.)
He made a conscious decision to not follow the Dr.s' instructions to heal the chronic infection he had now self imposed.
The only was to cure him was to do a circumcision, because he himself realized he could not stop masturbating long enough to heal the recurring infection. (I guarantee you, until your circumcision is fully healed, you will not masturbate. too painful.
Per his own words, the Dr went over the advantages and disadvantages of surg. and HE a Man of the age of Majority decided to sign his name on the dotted line after intensely googling it....so he was an informed consumer/Patient and now he is blaming the Doctor for buyer's remorse.
Sometimes, I wonder how many foolish people there are in the world until ones like him and yourself come along to reaffirm my thoughts.

What the actual F. I knew everything I needed to know before I slept with someone at 14, and somehow my parents magically achieved that without touching my Fcking dick. Hi, European point of view here. As a Belgian, it seems we're much more open disussing sexual health issues with our sons, although I'll have to atmit that there's a part of the dads, that leaves this up to the mams to discuss. On to some facts, In Belgium, the doctors are more hesitating performing a full circumsion, in stead, they use the "Z- incision" more often. With a z-incision, you don't need to remove the whole foreskin, but you make a "z" shape cut in it, so you're foreskin has more room going over the head of the penis. It's in most cases a perfectly fine solution for boys or men, who've been suffering from phimosis. Kind regards, and thank you for informing men about there sexual health, it's necessary.

Your Dad, (who didn't know you were intact?), should never have yanked your foreskin back. He may have caused your problems. The biggest cause of foreskin issues is premature retraction, usually done by care takers. The foreskin is fused to the head of the penis at birth, and gradually becomes free to retract on its own. The foreskin should be allowed to retract naturally when ready, and not forced. Sometimes retraction may not happen until teen years. Phimosis in adults can be dealt with using much less intrusive remedies without circumcision.

My uncut uncle joined the Navy right out of high school in 1950, and and spent a LOT of time in the sea near Japan. He was FORCED to get 'cut' (along with all his fellow uncut shipmates) by his commanding officer - since it was felt that when the guys got 'shore leave', they'd all go visit prostitutes, and that uncut guys were more likely to contract an STD. I've read the foreskin contains thousands of VERY sensitive nerves, and it protects the HEAD of the penis from the rubbing of the diaper, underwear, etc. - keeping 'it' ALSO very SENSITIVE. My uncle was 20 years older than me, and he told me that allowing them to do that surgery was one of the worst mistakes he ever made in his life, since masturbation was NEVER as pleasurable after he was 'cut', and since he WAS gay, there never WAS any chance he was ever going to go into any 'whorehouses' in Japan anyway LOL By the way, I'm uncut myself, one of only three out of about 35 in my phys-ed class (we still had the gang showers - post gym class in the '60's) and my Dad was uncut also, and my parents taught me from a VERY EARLY AGE how to properly BATHE - EVERYTHING, including retracting my foreskin and washing 'it and the head' WELL with soap and water and MAKING certain to flush ALL the soap residue before getting out of the tub. Instead of getting cut, I believe your doctor COULD have done a minor surgery, and made a few SMALL cuts 'into just the opening edge of your foreskin', allowing it TO 'fully retract painlessly', and yet STILL letting you RETAIN the coverage and PLEASURE OF the FORESKIN you were born with - and MEANT TO HAVE !!!.

Cleanliness is very important. parents need to help their boys learn how to take care of their body properly. You wouldn't have had the issues you had if your parents were more attentive to that cleanliness issue. Also, I agree about babies being circumcised being wrong. I was told once by my mother how to clean myself and have done so ever since, you start cleaning from your head down to your toes in that order, also it is important to wash as soon as reasonable after sex this is true for both males and females, and I don't mean you have to jump into the shower immediately after, the next morning is fine, but if you go all the next day without washing then obviously that is not ideal and will lead to problems

As a man who was circumcised at birth, I was not completely aware of all the things uncircumcised men have to deal with. I found this very interesting and informative and you have a very relatable presentation style.

Thank you for your bravery, sharing your experience on this painful subject.
I'm sorry to hear you received pressure to have the 'cut' although I'm glad you were at least an adult when this was done.
"Cleanliness" has always come across as a specious argument to me. We don't cut off our toes to avoid toe-jam, our nostrils to avoid boggies or our outer ears to avoid ear wax. We wash them and we teach our children to do the same.
It is sad that involuntary male genital mutilation is imposed on Jewish and Muslim infants and children, based on scriptural interpretations.
What I find really puzzling is why, in that crazy country, the US of A, over 90 per cent of non-Hispanic white males suffer neo-natal genital mutilation. Over 100 years ago it was practiced in a vain attempt to reduce or stop the practice of masturbation. Now it is recognised that masturbation and ejaculation are essential to help maintain a healthy prostate, circumcision should be actively discouraged.

Good advice. I’m 32 and uncut. My father and his brothers aren’t cut. He taught me as young as age 4 to pull foreskin back and clean. Maybe about 12yrs old I’d consciously try to wear my foreskin back. I never had an issue with a tight foreskin and I think that’s due to my dad educating me early. Sex feels awesome and never had any pain! Most of my previous sex partners didn’t know I was uncircumcised or didn’t care when I told them I wasn’t lol. I’d say if you don’t have a medical issue like phimosis leave your foreskin alone!

It’s crazy to hear people say there is no loss of sensitivity; I can’t wear clothes with the skin pulled back because it’s so sensitive, the only way to tolerate the constant rubbing of fabric would be to lose sensitivity.
I think initially it probably feels about the same, but there is no way the exposed gland will remain as sensitive 2 years later.

Great video. I also suffered from phimosis when I that age and it really affected my sex life for a long time. Doctor’s recommended that I have a circumcision too, but I refused. I started a process of stretching - first using a special tool that I found on the internet, and then just using my fingers. After a year or so, my foreskin could easily slide back and forth when soft. It’s still a little tighter than average when hard - but I like it that way, so stopped the stretching exercises.
I think it’s very unfortunate how quick doctors are to recommend circumcision, when there are other options available. Fortunately it does seem that circumcision is starting to go out of fashion.

I, too, was circumcised as an adult because of phimosis. I tried the creams but still had trouble fully retracting my foreskin. I didn’t make the decision to get circumcised lightly. In the end, I did go for it-you’re right the healing process was the hardest part (surgery was done in like an hour, no problem) because of the night time erections. I would remember waking up and trying to get my erection down so that the stitches wouldn’t pop. I feel fortunate that I got to make the decision about my penis as an adult and wasn’t forced to get cut as a baby. I’ve experienced both in life. I think this decision to be circumcised should be left to men who are old enough to make that decision. In the end, I’m happy with my choice.

Fortunately I was informed about the importance of pulling my foreskin back at an early age. There were eight boys in my family and none were circumcised. I was a pretty big kid before learning that some boys were circumcised at birth or in their adolescence.
The first time I pulled my foreskin back was painful but a lot less painful thereafter. I did it while in the bathtub and cleaned underneath my foreskin for the very first time. That was the last time visible smegma accumulated under my foreskin. Eventually it wasn’t painful at all. I always pulled it back while in the bathtub, that made it easier and I could thoroughly clean the area.
Later, every time I urinated and every time I bathed I’d pull it back.
I’m 70 years old and it’s habit now; I still pull my foreskin back whenever I urinate and when I shower or take a bath.
I understand why circumcision is encouraged but I think it would be best to train young boys to pull their foreskin back at an early age and keep the area clean.

Consequence was many years of painful erections, skin tearing, bleeding and scarring. Other issues such as skin tags, hairy shaft skin and diminished erection size due to skin webbing. The mental and emotional pain was even worse. I’m 59 now. For those who have true phimosis, try using steroid creams and stretching before deciding to be circumcised.

Babies feel that pain but since all they can do is cry or sleep, the pain they experience is minimized. Doctors also ignore that fact that amputation of a body part has powerful neuropsychological ramifications. They think it's like cutting off cuticles or cutting hair, but it's not. All those nerves in the foreskin feed directly into the base of the brain and feed the man with pleasurable sensations every moment of his life. A tight foreskin can be loosened using a stretching device like PHIMOCURE. American doctors are only taught that forekin is redundant, troublesome and removable. They are not told that it is primary functional erogenous tissue that provides a lubricated gliding sleeve action and keeps the glans in a mucosal state for maximum sensitivity. Also maybe the issues you had could have been exacerbated by you trying to use soap in your foreskin cleaning routine.

The mechanism is simple. The interposed foreskin decreases the friction between the introitus and the glans. The unretracted foreskin consists of a thin dermis that is folded on itself with very little friction between the layers. As the penis advances, the foreskin unrolls so that the portion that makes initial contact with the introitus is 6 cm. Up the shaft before any friction occurs between the device and the skin.

Circumcision removes the most important sensory component of the foreskin - thousands of coiled fine-touch receptors called Meissner's corpuscles. Also lost are branches of the dorsal nerve, and 10,000-20,000+ specialized erotogenic nerve endings of several types. Together these detect subtle changes in motion and temperature, as well as fine gradations in texture.
Meissner's Corpuscles are found in our lips and fingertips. They're there for us to detect the lightest of touches. So take your hands and rub them together. Feel that friction? This is the sensation that is not supposed to be felt during intercourse.
Size of the Foreskin - Its NOT just a 'flap' of skin!

How Much of Your Sexual Sensitivity Has Been Cut Away?
A circumcised (anyone can use this - for us circumcised, this is our only way) man can assess how important his missing skin is by testing his remaining sexually sensitive tissue as follows:
In an aroused state, caress the skin downwards, starting from the end of the penis.
When your stroke crosses the scar line, note the stark difference in sensitivity. The amount of sensitive area you have remaining between the scar line and the glans is just a sample of what you had before your circumcision.
This sensitive region is normally much larger and folded inside the foreskin in the intact male, where it is moist and protected from constant stimulation. After circumcision, what remains of this region is exposed, dried out, and greatly desensitized.
Child circumcision was designed in an attempt to reduce the sexual appetite by reducing the amount of pleasure sexual stimulation can provide you.

PSA: the glans is fused to the skin like a fingernail until the membrane dissolves on its own. This is not phimosis, it's biology. DO NOT forcibly retract a foreskin before it's ready. This can actually CAUSE phimosis, a condition only in adult men. This can also cause infections. As for hygienic practices: the inner mucosa is an internal organ with it's own protective biome. Cleaning it with harsh soaps disturbs this, causing all sorts of irritation, infections, and wildly inconsistent odors.. Would you use habitual soap in side a vagina, or under your eyelids? Clean water is plenty to wash away the excess oils and shed skin(smegma, just like women have) under the foreskin.

The key to it, was to not worry about the intense sensation of the newly exposed bits of head rubbing against my underpants, because when done slowly over time, my body/penis got accustomed to the difference in sensation. Now its like I'm circumcised when the foreskin is completely pulled back, despite the fact that I'm not. I always thought that I'd have to get circumcised for it ever to fully retract properly.

At this time & year, it seems that in case of American doctors, the ignorance is likely to be a chosen ignorance since the information is readily available publicly, & yet doctors remain ignorant. Unfortunately, it is representative of American medical industry regarding procedures in addition to circumcision. American medical industry tends to choose whatever will create the most demand for their services & earn physicians & other medical professionals the most money.

Keep most of your inner foreskin, keep your frenulum and you're good. Lose these and you lose so much sensation and pleasure. I had bad phimosis and realized that if its bad enough, all of these pleasure zones have to be cut off. Thank God I did my research. Re: circumcision, I was cut at the age of two, so I guess what you’ve never had you never really miss, but I would love to have my foreskin, in the UK, being cut was very different to the US, where nearly all males are cut. By speaking out in a video like this, I think you've done a great service to young men who might be considering circumcision as solving a problem with no down-side. I have to wonder why your father didn't intervene more about teaching you to wash and look after your penis. Doctors are mainly concerned with "fixing" a pathology (i.e. there's something wrong) and all they see is that circumcision can be a quick fix with no regard for the patient's quality of life afterwards. You're right: a young man should get multiple opinions but the approach should be to fix whatever's not right without amputation. Circumcision should be absolutely the last resort.
From a different point of view, as far as a young man wanting to get circumcised just to be "one of the boys" or a "real man", that's total BS. You can't go back; there's no do-over.

I grew up in the UK and wasn't circumcised and didnt really hear much about it until I moved to the US at age 32 and found that most men here are circumcised. The thing I remember now is my mother used to remind me to pull my skin back and wash underneath it in the bath (we had a bath and not a shower growing up). Turns out that was good advice as I can still retract my foreskin easily to wash underneath and I am in my 60's now :). I used to try pulling my skin back and leaving it back to see how it would feel to be circumcised and my penis was so sensitive in my underwear that I couldn't handle the head rubbing against my clothes. I am grateful for the protection of my foreskin and so I am super grateful that my parents didnt have me circumcised - it just seems so unnatural to me.
