Just around the corner from us at Tasty Records, a bar called Swig is currently showing an exhibition of Stooges/MC5/Detroit bands original posters from the 1960s + 70s. We couldnt keep away and Justin the curator of these priceless items very kindly walked us through it!

I like the 'free john sinclair' poster with the great Commander Cody in tiny script and an early Bob Seger and the white panther Abby Hoffman featured... real historic pro-mj legalisation artwork

a really great exhibition and thankyou for the privilege . I found the music off putting however, a bit out of sync with the bands and the era.
