DevDrop 20: A Gentle Introduction to the new CX as Code Flow Resource

Genesys Cloud has recently announced the availability of the new Genesys Cloud Flow Resource for our CX as Code toolset. With this resource you are now able to import Genesys Cloud into Architect Flows using CX as Code without using the Archy CLI. In this new video, John Carnell, a Genesys Cloud Architect and the Developer Engagement team lead, walks through the new Flow resource. He will also demonstrate how to use Terraform Cloud to deploy a simple IVR using the new Flow resource.
Note: Since this resource is still in beta, you must be granted access to use the beta. If you are not part of the beta program you will get a 403 error when you try to use the component. To use the Beta, do not hesitate to contact, the CX as Code product manager, Becky Powell ([e-mail]) and ask to be added to the beta.
