The statue before the tower is not of Hercules, but King Breogán: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breog%C3%A1n In fact, the tower was often called "Tower of Breogán" in the past too. The city, and all of GALICIA (not Spain proper), has a direct connection to Ireland and Celtic Culture (the bagpiper was not a random thing; shocking to play flamenco music right after it though... it's a totally alien style to Galicia). And yes, it's a nice city indeed.
On a family vacation through Spain, we visited Valencia, Madrid, Toledo, & Barcelona. Only the larger cities such as Madrid had EVs. Italy is same with no EVs is smaller towns such those on Amalfi coast like Positano, Sorrento, and Ravello. Tour guides & limo drivers claim EVs are only purchased in larger cities that have charging stations.
Glad you are having such an enjoyable trip. In my book cruising is the way to do it since you only unpack once and your hotel moves from place to place.
Great video Dave. Was in La Caruna one year ago today on a cruise port. Fabulous city. Headquarters for Zara. They employ a large portion of the population there. There is Zara clothing, Zara Home, Zara Kids, etc.
Hey I am trying out FSD in the driver's of my 2018 model 3 I'm not as scared 😱not as nervous finally got out of my comfort zone tried it on the main road. It's wired to have a Tesla drive me around!
SEAT - pronounced: say-at! - In Europe, The Ford Galaxy, VW Sharan, and Seat Alhambra all came off the same production line and are all virtually identical!
E for España. Don't they know that Spain begins with a S. 😂👍 Love your humour, Dave. Did you know that, in Russia, the USA begins with a С, which is an S? Really! It's from США.
La Coruña.... Spain is very reticent to ev´s , and the infrastructure is poor specially in the north, best places are barcelona , valencia and madrid . i live in Ibiza Island and the very first 50Kw dc charger was installed 5 years a go, and there´s less than a dozen a place where yo cant drive more than 120km(72 miles) without repeting road
Thank You Everybody for All that you are doing for our Planet Earth.... Peace.. Shalom.. Salam.. Namaste
🙏🏻 😊 ✌ ☮ ❤ 🕊
Great video! Feels like I'm there with you guys.
It’s not a seat, it’s a spelled that way but pronounced SayAt and they also sell an EV called the Cupra Born based on the ID3
Thanks!

I have always heard. Spain is a beautiful country and a must visit. Thanks for touring us around giving me a lot of ideas for future trips.
A Coruña is GALICIA.

Fascinating video -- thanks for sharing your travels with us.
Come to PORTO(portugal) you will see a lot of electric cars
La Coruna or A Coruna belongs to Galicia, a region of Spain with it's own culture/language. Galego is similar to portuguese.

A Coruña es una ciudad de la hermosa Galicia.
You remind me of a more intelligent Leslie Nielson, and with a better standard of humour. Thanks for brightening our days. 🙂

Mumble, mumble Skoda, mumble, mumble Audi, mumble, mumble VW Group. 😉
The tilda (~) over the n in Caruna indicates that you need to pronounce it with a Y - Carunya!
La Coruna, not Caruna. 🤭🤭🤭🤭

Great video. Can you share your music selection?
That Audi is not from England!
All that and you didn’t go up the tower?
Godzilla Dave can climb a hill. He pushed an EV to a charging station while Kyle was driving the dead EV.
where are the ev's Dave
👍
Spain has very limited charging infrastructure. So that must be the reason why there are very few electric cars there.
A COUÑA IS GALICIA.
Dave goes to a middle of nowhere in Spain looking for Tesla 😂
Tu si que eres de un lugar de la nada, MartinaSteflova.
Got your steps in today. Better have great knees. My wife wants to know where is the casino?
On the ship!
No ice creams?
Who's that Rick Steves anyway?
Not Dave writing off his vacation as a business trip… filming, looking for EVs every drop of the way….😂
A Coruña is GALICIA. A ver si nos enteramos, Out of Sec Dave. Spain, Spain, Spain. No: GALICIA, GALICIA, GALICIA.
"La Coruna", not "Carina".🤭🤭🤭 "E" for "Espagna". "GB" is for "Great Britain".
Thanks!
it’s pronounced La Caroooonya…with the accent over the N…
Is this an EV channel? Had my full of your vacation
Please 🙏 Switch from EV channel to Cruising - much more fun !!!
Oh, poor baby! Your arrogant self can't find a golf cart. This must have been so triggering for you.
