The Cats Bah has to be the scariest use of that, because this was the last time we saw the cat he's been chasing before the flashback ended until the twist where we find that she's chained to his ankle and frantically trying to escape. What happened in between that?
There was a bit of an out cry last summer, where WB wanted to get ride of its music library which includes As Time Goes By!!! Thankfully, it was not done since that is preserved as film history 💜💜💜
There was this cartoon of "Gorilla my dreams" title opening and the music background I heard but I don't know what it is. Can you make a video about that song, please?🙏
Believe it or not “As Time Goes By” was also the theme to open up the Warner Bros. Logo.
Considering the film that used the song was one of their best films it makes sense Casablanca.

I think it was also used during the credits of An Itch in Time.
3:00 Finch Sinatra and Bing Conures-by. Also first time seeing "Catch as Cats Can" (1947) beautifully restored.
It's on the Looney Tunes Collector's Choice Blu-ray (volume one), if you're interested.
Slightly Daffy is the funniest one, due to the snoring. The Cats Bah appropriately reminds me of Casablanca.
Fun fact: The French translation for "The Cats Bah" is called "Chatsablanca" (translation: "Cats-ablanca").
