I have family members in this choir they would tell stories of singing in the tabernacle for conference but never have seen this tell recently scrolling thru church archives this was found. Love this so much and makes me cry all the time.

Absolutely beautiful, I love the spirt this choir brings to this music. I miss my Rose Park Samona ward and singing the hymns in Samona every sunday.

Would someone out there help if they know the person on the organ please? Be much appreciated.

It was the tabernacle organist. Mom says they practiced with the organist when the choir arrived from Hawaii, maybe a couple of times.

    1. Lulu pea ia le saito. ‘Aua le toe fa‘avaivai.
Tou te maua ai le fua, i aso o lo‘o lumana‘i.
Tou te maua ai le fua, i aso o lo‘o lumana‘i.
Lulu pea ia le saito, e ui ina faigata,
ma ua fa‘alavelave, mea e tele mataga.
    Ia e fa‘alagolago, i le Ali‘i le Tama.
    2. Lulu pea ia le saito. ‘Aua ne‘i pala‘ai.
Tele le seleselega, pe a lulu tele ai.
Tele le seleselega, pe a lulu tele ai.
Lulu pea ia le saito, e ui ina faigata,
ma ua fa‘alavelave, mea e tele mataga.
    Ia e fa‘alagolago, i le Ali‘i le Tama.
    3. Lulu pea ia le saito. Ua pule le Ali‘i.
Lulu ma le fiafia; faia pese ma vivi‘i.
Lulu ma le fiafia; faia pese ma vivi‘i.
Lulu pea ia le saito, e ui ina faigata,
ma ua fa‘alavelave, mea e tele mataga.
