If you take the ATV into the woods behind your house you can find a plot of land that is where the sugar shack can be build and it requires 64 pine logs to build Edit: you can find the number to the power company + the "parsley" seeds at the top of the wind mills make sure you climb all of them. With the number to the power company call them and a few days later they will send you a letter and your post box is number 69 you will need to pay them almost 30000 to get connected but its worth it

You do not need power to call your mother at Works without power and there is no collision damage that is super visible but there is dense that's why there is dent repair at the shop should be 50 the racetrack actually and if you get 50 friendship wolf your brother you will get a air compressor with a lot of tools on it that are very very very useful but if you get 50 friendship on your brother he will give you the garage I would recommend getting the maple syrup Shack because it pays $200 per barrel but you have to wait 1-day to get your Barrel back the cheese curds are for making your own poutine there is no bus in the game but there is one more car in the game that you I know of that you can get what should from the junkyard a pink derby car and then obviously the dune buggy that your building in your backyard
