I browsed through the comment section expecting to see praises of how entertaining and cute Joyce is. And it's shocking how people can be so twisted. So much negativity. She's just expressing her love and pride as a Malaysian girl. Why the insults? Why are Koreans being cussed too?Personally, I find this entertaining. Besides, how do you define korean style? She took the time to dress up and look good. What's wrong with that? So it's her fault to dress in the assumed "korean" style and be mistaken as a korean? Korean-looking or not depends on individual. Why is she getting so much hate for a song that does no harm?
Because she can sing about being proud to be malaysian without degrading and making fun of another country.
Why do a man sing 'Arirang song(which represents Korean people's soul)(the one with UNESCO prove it as a Korean national theme)' as a funny way? Because after living in Korea for several years ( no longer there) I learned that Koreans are some of the most insecure people on the planet. This makes then highly nationalist and self involved. Of corse this does not apply to all Koreans, but it certainly does to the majority. If you doubt me, live there for a year and you will understand. Look at 이로운별 and 모찌모찌 comments to get a fill of Korean superiority fueled by insecurity. The thing is, in reality Korean has much to offer culturally, but they are so profoundly insecure that they can't be self critical and have a since of humour about themselves. The idea, that one can't make fun of a song is lubricous. So, Arirang is untouchable because of some proclamation. Well, many of us do not follow your "religion." The thing is Koreans have no problem doing the same with any other culture. In fact the ignorance of other cultures is the norm. as is their ridicule and disrespect of other cultures. I mean real disrespect, not making harmless jokes. Their lack of perspective is a tight fisted fanaticism that can lead to extremes. No one should attack individuals, but Korea has some issues that need to be addressed. They aren't alone in this, but nevertheless.

我是韩国人，我想来解释一下。我理解四叶草不想被误解为韩国人，但是实在无法理解为什么要用侮辱别国的方法。中间那个男的唱的那一段韩国歌＜阿里郎＞是韩国在被日本殖民40多年的期间里为了恢复独立做斗争的时候唱得最多的一首歌，代表着韩国反抗殖民，追求独立自由的斗争精神，相当于韩国的第二首国歌，到现在都没有韩国人会不知道这首歌。但是视频中间那个男的在唱完这首歌后吐舌头！！！这就是韩国人为什么会对这首歌感到这么愤怒！你可以换位思考一下，如果有人引用你们国家的一段国歌然后再吐下舌头你会是什么感觉，还会觉得是玻璃心吗？包括其它歌词也有很多感觉很不尊重韩国，但最严重、最过分的就是她不应该侮辱这首歌，这首歌里包含了韩国40多年间无数的血和泪啊！这不是不尊重吗？这不是侮辱吗？
