Love the mushroom idea! There is something magical about mushrooms. I love when they are depicted as little homes for fairies and gnomes. Looking forward to seeing what you are up to this year, I’m glad I found you during vlogmas. 😊
I am so tempted to knit a Saturday shrug........... Your mushroom colorways are going to be beautiful, I can’t wait to see them. That’s so fin that you paint and will be painting them as well. That is so sweet that you are donating to the school in Tanzania. 🌸
Word for last year: Consistency. Word for this year: Bloom. some people grow, I feel more like it’s time to bloom. 😅 Happy New Year! Glad to hear your daughter is okay and healing.
Always love seeing your podcasts and today the Giselle shawl you were wearing jumped out at me. I’ve loved it for awhile now but I’m finally going to cast it on. Your yarn is absolutely gorgeous too!
Squeeee! A year of mushrooms 🍄 ❤🍄❤️ I can’t think of anything more delightful! Here in the rainy Pacific Northwest, we have a gorgeous variety of mushroom colors. Looking forward to seeing yours. Xoxo
So nice to see you back again after vlogmass. I can so relate to your feelings about your children being at home, you raise them to be independent humans, but when they go to far away that will be hard, my daughter who is your age, went to Brasil when she graduated at the age of 23. She would go for half a year, she came back after that half year, to tell us she would go back and she met her now husband. She stayed there for 18 years, but now they live close to us and that makes me so happy.
Welcome back, so good to see you love the new base for sock yarn and the mushroom colors should be fun this year. An so looking forward to getting more yarn I live in Michigan do you ever think of selling yarn here at yarn stores. Enjoy your time with your girls 😊
Happy New Year!! I'm so glad you are back, I've missed your daily videos so much. The mushroom theme is perfect. I'm also happy to hear both your girls are home. Wishing your eldest a speedy recovery with her knee.
Thank you so much, Sandy. I feel the same way about you. I watched your vlogmas as my number 1 every morning. ☕️☕️ And when it is over. It is so empty. I am so happy that I am a patreon 🙏☺️
So nice to have you back, Camilla..it just wasn't the same! I love your Saturday shrug and actually have that saved in my favorites on Ravelry. So sorry to hear about your daughter. I'm sure it was such a disappointment for her as it was such a great experience but I'm sure there will be other opportunities. The important thing is that she is OK and hoping she has a speedy recovery.
Happy New Year. Glad to see you and look forward to following you in 2024. Praying for a speedy recovery for your oldest. May 2024 be a fabulous year for your family, business, and YOU!❤️
Great to see you and all the beautiful yarn. So sad your daughter got hurt but it's good that she is healing. I work with young children and have chosen the word engagement for my word of the year. With children it is all about engaging with them, with their families, with the project they are doing and helping them learn about what it means to stay engaged with things. We are hopefully going to do some weaving over several months and I think this word will fit the project as we explore how to stay engaged with it.
HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Today I received my yarn order from you!! Thanks so much-another hat on the way. It is wonderful to see you here and I look forward to your podcasts! Sending you warm hugs from Virginia! ❤
Wishing you a very happy new year from here in Yorkshire, England! I found you at Vlogmas and I have stayed for more! So pleased you are okay after seeing the horrendous news footage of those poor people stuck on the roads in freezing temperatures in your country. I can’t wait to see the shades you create for your new mushroom yarn theme. Keep cosy and take care 🧶❤️✨
I’m so glad I found your podcast during vlogmas! It was fun to see your daily activities! I’m also working on many blankets and have decided to focus on a specific one each month this year to hopefully make good progress on them and it keeps me motivated.
My word for right now is "pause." I go with the word until a new one pops up. I like not being tied to a word that isn't right. I usually have two different words in a year. Pause just came to mind when I was busy, busy, busy, and needed to pause. It also helps me remember to pause and really listen to what people are saying. The word before this one was "breathe." I guess both are related to slowing down a bit. Hope your word comes to you soon. Kim
