Why 36v? I mean, more volt means more speed, and the 1kw motor can support it too. Also, I can see there is some free space to fit the extra battaries too (for 48v). I understand that you may not care about top speed and care only about torque, but then you should chose a dual motor instead, big motor in the rear wheel is recommended if you want high speeds
yes but if you dont need more top speed or more torque, you can have the benefits of a lighter scooter. 2 motors 2 ESC more battery the weight would increase a lot.

@@asdfghjkl7507 At 4:50 you can see the design of the body - it does not take into account the tilt of the steering column and, when glued, directs the LEDs slightly upwards.
I took into account the tilt of the steering wheel! Look at the lamp at 4:52. The LEDs holes are at an angle, large enough to finally point the lighting down
stunning quality work...i find your videos inspiring...if you make a future video of this scooter, 1mm steel plate will strong enough and weigh much less, or 2mm Aluminium, though, you did not say what the belly plate is made from...if it is 3mm steel, it is more than strong enough, but adds to the weight, decreasing the distance...but it is all good, and your videos and work are great...😀
Much as I enjoyed the part of the video I watched, I can't help but feel most people will not be able to copy it, as they lack the welding tools/skills and pipe bending machine etc. Personally, I would prefer something made from a lighter metal and perhaps the way forward for me is to modify an existing Al "passive" skateboard - easily and cheaply available.
When can we see an BillofMaterials? Really interested in the battery,esc and motor suppliers.

Thanks! I am currently working on a powerful steam engine. Maybe a steam go-kart or scooter? It would definitely be a one-of-a-kind construction!

Everything is fine, but the front light, it seems to me, will still strongly blind oncoming people.
It's just over-exposing the camera.

Those batteries were not new? They had weld marks on them and looked to be re shrink-wrapped
I love scooters but can't rid them.
They have no shocks and all the bumps on the road get transferred to my spine.
