They actually don't. They always stick to the teams they've worked with for a long time. One thing I notice about them is the people they work with stick around with them for the longest time. These men are most probably easy to be with and to work with.
One thing that amazes me is their principles. Imagine, after all these years, your choreographer, songwriter, composer, and most core staff haven't changed. Even the members all renewed their contracts. Their passion is unchanged, loyalty is amazing and one that is honestly rarely seen in life.
Team SAME has been the supporting dancers for Seventeen for the longest time ever.. no surprise there since Team SAME has been Choi Youngjun's dance team/group within 1Million and Choi Youngjun has been the main choreographer for almost all of Seventeen's dances.. cute side note would be that some Team SAME members are also credited for some Seventeen choreographies and can sometimes be tapped as substitute dancers for any missing Seventeen member, if the need arises for a certaince performance..
As others said they mostly stick to the same teams : Team Same and Aura. And the fidelity goes both ways, as Team Same seems to prioritize Seventeen's events over other groups'. They manage to be their dance crew for all of their comebacks, music shows, concerts, festivals etc... despite working with many other groups as well. But also, Pledis in general tends to prefer working in-house or with long-trusted teams for everything. A lot of people on Seventeen's team started out their career with Pledis or got hired by Pledis just after their start, and have stayed with Pledis ever since. That's the case with Choi Young Joon, with Bumzu (Woozi's co-producer), with Yoon Hyelim (Seventeen's performance director) etc...
As many people say here, SVT Dancer Team consists of 2, Team SAME and Team AURA. and several freelancers. usually for some songs that require a special/different vibe, they will look for a different choreographer (for ex, kirsten for spell, beom for tiger) but for the dancers it will remain the same team. I think if svt found a good synergy with people they work with, they gonna work for a long time haha svt is pretty loyal with their crew. choi younjun (choreograper), yoon hyelim (performance director), bumzu (co-producer), prism filter (band and music publisher), all of them has been with svt since before their debut.
9:29 On how often they change their dancers, etc. DANCERS: They're actually with this team for years now. I think they became their solid team around 2020 onwards especially with Team Aura (Female dancers). As for the male dancers they've been with them even before 2020. AFAIK, One of SVT's choreographers, Youngjun-ssaem has been with them since debut, if not, since their rookie years. Youngjun ssaem then formed Team Same who now also choreographs SVTs dances. They're actually close enough to the point that Dino hangs out with team same and everyone seems to be comfortable with each other. If the core dancers are not enough they do employ from other crews but it's been these 2 groups that has been with them for the longest time. Side note tho, not everyone in team same and team aura works with svt. There are certain members that's been solidly working with them like zdae, chaewhan, jkan, and juhee STAFF: They change their staff often and I think this is solely due to management. They had a different manager before who appeared on a variety show with them but he got transferred to Nuest before they disbanded and idk where he is now. But there is a younger manager right now who is close with the members especially DK. They actually spend time together even on their off days. But someone constant to their Staff is Hyelim-ssaem who is their performance director. You can say she's like their second mother. The one who is always with them during practice, doing the counting, fixing the formation, etc. is her. She's been with them pre-debut. MUSIC: They've been with the same team since debut! Woozi learned the ropes of music production from Bumzu who later founded Prismfilter. Initially they almost only work with svt but as the group grew, so did the studio. They now also produce for gidle, qwer band, among others,. Bottomline is they've been with this set of dancers, some staff, and producers for years. No one could really say what their relationship is but if they've been with them for this long, SVT is probably amazing to work with. It's also because SVT have built this connection with people independent of Hybe that Carats are confident that even if the worst case happen to svt, they'll never truly crumble. This is what forms TEAM SVT. Hence, I love my team, I love my crew.
The one Mingyu is talking about is their HIPHOP performance in Diamond Edge concert. They perform hiphop songs unit under the rain. You can see it here on yt 😉 its so hype and good!
the ticks/tapes near the wall kinda look like a number line acts as their guide for blocking. so when hoshi asked that question, he's asking if he should go stand in front of (tape) 1 similarly when they mentioned 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, they meant that they should stand in between the tapes/marks on the floor some studios in sk have the actual numbers taped at the bottom of the mirror instead of the uniform looking tapes
I was waiting for your reaction to this. I can't believe I missed out for two days coz I realized I haven't subscribe yet 😢 Anyway, I really enjoy this series of yours!
same thing with GOM, was dealing with some tough shit at the time, and thinking back, i felt a lot better singing the kung chi pack chi parts and just being silly with it.
They actually don't, they work with pretty much the same dance groups, Aura and Team Same mainly, only recently on Lollapalooza I saw some new faces, maybe from the same team but different people But for lengthy tours they stick with those dancers or add more, for their Japan leg of if the tour they added a Japanese dance group bc some due to schedule couldn't go I guess, but it was a mix of those 3 dance teams during the Japan dates I think they've been working with them (Aura & Team Same) since 2020/21 my earliest memory of it is a segment during their 2021 In-Complete Online concert after the Home;Run set, they were giving the dancers the spotlight doing a similar type of roll call (like the one thye were doing in this video) and everyone taking the spotlight, SVT passing by age groups and then the dancers, as the concert was near the end

they only have two dance team, TEAM AURA and TEAM SAME. TEAM AURA are the female dancers.
There's also female dances in Team Same
@@Riririririz yes,, but in this vid particulary.. i think there's only 1 female dancer from team same.Majority are from team aura,,

Yes, it's kinda old now, but it's still some of my favorite live concert clips EVER!!! It was magical!!! 🥰👍🏻

I always get excited whenever Inside Seventeen gets uploaded because then I could look forward to your reaction! 🫶
