One on One basketball doesn't get you there, does it? The losses have hardly any assist. The transfer portal has a lot of hungry shooters going to small schools. Hunter disappearing isn't necessarily his fault, is it? Set some screens for him so teams don't take him out of the game. Both losses had him struggling because he needs some help to get open. I saw so many times where a big rolled off of a shooter at the 3pt line just to leave the shooter wide open. The bigs cannot do that because teams will burn you.

Gotta remember can’t do it for the city because no one on the team is from the city just win games especially against Arkansas state

Seems like Sundays are always hard on Memphis! Terrible shooting and a bad loss!

Penny needs to step aside. If he does not get in NCAA tournament this year force Penny out. Memphis has top notch facilities and support but mid level results.

This is a wild statement after one loss. As much as Tiger fans want the team to have better results, Tiger fans need to be better about not responding so emotionally.

@KennyStubblefield not one loss....just more of the same for 5 plus years. Been going to Tiger ball games since 1976. Want Penny to be ultra successful. I just don't think he has the skills to get it done. JMO.

@@Bill-c8rno one is questioning your fandom. I’ve been going to tiger games since 1985
We just have to be more emotionally mature in handling losses

@KennyStubblefield tell that to Penney. I have become almost apathetic. Change can be good. Many of my friends feel just like me.
