Sorry for the long post...It just makes no sense to me that I can't sit down at a local casino and play live poker in N.Y. however I can play the slots, lottery and sports bet which since it was legalized in January 2022 generated $40 billion dollars in wagers in it's first month, Yes, that's $40 billion smackers! I just returned from playing some "live" slots this afternoon...over the past month, I've hit several $200+ payouts on .01 and .02 Triple Diamond slots...however when I try to move up in denom to .25 or 1.00, I haven't been as lucky and gave it back to the casino.
