I work in HR department and there is lot of biasness is happening in our department, i will give you one example HR should not disclose the salary of employees to anyone. However, my colleague is give entire payroll to House Keeping who is not authorized to do so. I have reported the same to my Manager and she took no action against it and i came to know that she took in written from that House Keeping employee that i have forcefully took his credential and sent the mail. And she keeps on harassing me with continuous mail and she has nothing to highlight about my work so she is giving personal comment that my behavior is bad. Please help me as i am depressed because of my manager and cant leave the as i have my EMI running.
Mai govt job mai hu, superintendent maa behan ki gallian nikalta hai, office mai koi kuch bhi kaam nhi krte mai krta hu aur gallian sunta hu. Please reply what should I do
