After watching the video, I successfully made this card in July 2022 for my niece's wedding. I'm trying to do it again now for my grandson's wedding (October 2023) and I just can't "get" it; I must be losing it! I wish I'd made a couple of extras of this card last year. It would be extremely helpful if still shots, one for each step, were included with this video.
I absolutely love this card but as for a 'tutorial' video...I am lost. How did you decide on the width of the folds? You don't hold your ruler at the end. I am totally confused and the music doesn't help!
My feelings exactly ... What say we just try with plain copy paper, left over gift wrap, or a grocery bag until it looks good to our eye. I was hoping for a more structured demo. Looks like I will be adjusting my expectations since I really want to make this card for a family member's wedding in 10 days.

Thick paper like cardboard paper, paper that usually used to make greeting cards
I understand what she's doing with the measurements kind of sort of but have no idea how she's getting a measurement on a heart
