We have returned to Nedre Vojakkala railroad crossing, in a snow storm. We don't have to wait long, untill we get what we were waiting for.
Banverket's Scania 112H, 3978C, rolls up to crossing, making it's way through the snow. In this video clip you can see how they clean up crossings from the snow.
112H is making it's way towards Haparanda, beetween the stations of Karungi and Haparanda.

Odotus palkitaan varsin pian, sillä kohta näköpiiriin ilmestyy Banverketin lumiaura - Scania 112H, 3978C, matkallaan kohti Haparandaa välillä Kri-Hp.
Tämä (hiivatillinen) lumiaura on varustettu lisäksi lumiharjalla, jota käytetään yleensä vaihteiden ja tasoristeysten puhdistamiseen.

This railroad is no longer used as a new line was inaugurated in 2012 that's electrified and goes along the coast
I like that very slight ticking noise the white light makes at the beginning, it suits the scene somehow.

@bnsfben1 It's the opposite of red, it means the motorist can see the signal is working and no train is about to pass.

I Finland har Kuopio verkstad byggd om gamla godsvagnar till motortrallor Tka 7. Dessa är utrustade med Scania-motorer. En sådan finns även på metronätet i Helsingfors.

Flashing white means "You may precede with caution". A train may still cross, but only moving at a maximum speed of 20 kph.

What does the flashing white light mean?
you can go like green light
Or, it just means that there is a crossing there. White flashing does not mean the same as green. You still need to yield for trains even if its flashing white.
The white light means that it's safe to cross
the white light means nothing, it's only there to help locate the crossing in bad wether or when it's dark
it means theres no train coming
