I think to let them back in entertainment industry is not a wise choice. Especially for the serious case such as tax, drugs, s*x, etc.
Pay back the tax does not make the case deleted. If the scandal is not exposed to public and they didn't get cancel, will they pay back te tax? I don't think so.
Despite of their gorgeous appearance, they cannot do whatever they wants in the name of their fame.
