I have a similar csv file data ..everytime I use the display xy data option...the x and y fields dont show latitude and longitude option
I get the same issue with both csv and xlsx. Even when I open my data file in Excel and format Lats/Longs as numeric cells they import into ArcGIS Pro as text. Seems like a bug in ArcGIS Pro. Something that should be so simple made so difficult...

@@jessicaz08 Ive been real puzzled with the same thing, just make sure longitude and latitude are on the first row of excel, seemed to fix it for me

i really got lost at the beginning, i don't where to go to get the cvs file or even save one as that cvs, please help.
