@@umareddy6197 u do course in vlsi industry and get job....after that parallel prepare for gate exam....of u get good gate rank and if u are interested doing M.tech in IIT or NIT....then chose that....job will be there if u are not getting good rank in gate

Generally I have interest in phy(specially circuits)also i always score well in it infact in jee phy score was highest which course is better according to my intrest+placement in btech??

I'm asking this because I'm in a private college and here they don't conduct any practical classes. They just give us any old student's practical note and tell us to copy that and submit the record. So here we are not getting any practical knowledge. One can prepare the theories through nptel or taking any course but what about the practicals.??
ISRO, BARC don’t expect much practical knowledge.. ISRO focuses on general theory points in interviews, whereas BARC focuses more on design aspect questions..

VLSI is very much in demand these days, and SASTRA Univ is a good college. Weigh your other options and decide accordingly

Try doing masters in private universities, because IITs and NITs have 65% btech criteria

65% is required for IITs and NITs
