Besides the secondary replacements, I think the character that the harder time to recreate was Android 18, since she not only received battle damage, but her clothes were also ruined.

Actually the longest thing to recreate would actually be the times when vegeta had no scouter but not battle damaged since you need a item from the dragon balls.
