I'm so sorry about your bunny Elly 😭 I know the feeling helpless and wishing you could do all you can to take away any pain from your fur baby. Sending you warm thoughts and prayers for strength and to heal that huge heart of yours.
Thank you so so much for you heartfelt words. ❤️❤️❤️
Our beloved pets never leave us. They are in our hearts forever and a part of us always. I am sorry to hear of the loss of your precious little girl Elly. May her memory be a blessing.
Thank you so much. Your words are beautiful and kind. ❤️
It sounds like Elly lived an amazing full life with you and that’s all a pet could ever wish for! ❤ You were with her the whole time which I’m sure brought her great comfort. So sorry for your loss Jen ❤
I’d like to think she enjoyed herself very much up until the very end. I always loved how much she liked all my garden things I grew. Seeing her enjoy them brought me so much joy. I’m grateful for the many years she was a part of my life. We got her when she was 4 weeks old.
So sorry for your loss, Jen. It’s so hard to lose our pets. I call my dog “the good child.” Rest in peace, Elly.
Thank you so much. ❤️That’s so cute your “good child”😆
As for daily content…. You don’t necessarily have to do lives every day. Let me tell you what some of the true crime channels I watch do….they just take out clips of some of their old videos and present them as shorts. Then, link back to the originals. It pops their heads in every day, but they aren’t shooting every day. Message me if you need me to explain this better. Just an idea. Love you, and thank you for sharing your life with us.
I’m so sorry Jen for the loss of your beloved bunny❤. Don’t worry about how much you video. You have a lot of stress right now and a broken heart is not a failure of any kind. You tube be damned- your life is more important than hits on TH-cam right now. I really enjoy your videos so much. But if it’s too much to deal with right now, don’t stress. Take care of yourself. We all love you.
Thank you so much for your incredible kindness. She will always have a special place in my heart and I’m so grateful I got to spend as much time with her as I did. ❤️
I’m so sorry about you bunny rabbit. It sucks to lose pets.
Try not to worry too much about a garden tour. Take the time to take care of yourself first. Grieve the loss. Then worry about a tour and YT.
Thank you so much for caring about my wellbeing. You are appreciated 😊
@@jencordial you are most welcome
Jen. 🧡🧡
Just keep going, enjoy what you're doing here in youtube and you'll get there. I'm actually in the same situation right now, since I gave birth my time in recording and editing has lessen so now I'm kind of starting again. I'm planning to upload once or 2x a week.
Don't be pressured..just enjoy.
Thank you and congratulations on the new baby. They are a full time job for sure. We’ll both find our grooves eventually 😊
I feel for you so much. That kind of pain hits you out of nowhere and those little fuzz balls become such a part of your life and day, when they are gone something is missing. Sending lots of hugs and love.
Thank you so much for you sweet words. ❤️
I’m so sorry Jen. Hang in there as best you can.
Thank you John. I am just finding joy in my garden lately and taking lots of pictures. As days go by my heart heals. ❤️
We raise and show Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Over the years, inevitably, we loose some of them. Death is part of life and it is never easy. They are all a big part of our family. We never forget them and think about them often. Try not to think of loosing them but think about the good life you gave them and the joy that you received from them. As always, best wishes.
Your vulnerability is so touching. I'm sorry for your loss.
And follow your heart with recording videos.
Thinking of you!
Thank you so much. I appreciate your kindness ❤️
I died when my jack russell died 2yrs ago. Honestly I've not fully recovered. She lived crazy long, be glad you had her in your life. Love comes in so many forms throughout your life. Both my cats that passed the last couple months did the same thing. I just layed with them until they passed.
I think they take a tiny piece of you when they go. The moments of sadness come less and less but the pain of the loss stays with you.
I’m so thankful Elly lived such a good life for as long as she did. I’ll miss giving her all my garden goodies and watching her love them so much.
Sweet Jen, this is heartbreaking Im glad though you shared all this with us so we know what is happening with you. 💗 How can I / we help you grow your channel to fulfil your dream, I love to see that happening. Please do stay yourself, your channel is a joy for all of us. Iva's advice is great, you have so many beautiful & emotional & also funny moments in your video's you can make shorts of! As long as you are not comfortable going live, don't force yourself & put even more stress on yourself. Please do tell us what you need from us. Love you ❤
🥰thank you so much You are always so kind to me.
As far as what is helpful I know I told you in a private message but I’ll go ahead and write it here as well in case someone else might read this.
Every small thing helps. Each thumbs up, each comment, each time you share a video is all looked at by TH-cam’s algorithm and will put me further into it.
As far as how I make money you must watch the ads that play throughout my videos. If you skip them I don’t make a cent. Thank you for asking this. I truly appreciate that you want your help grow and support my channel. ❤️
@@jencordial Good to write it here too Jen, so everyone can read it!
My heart is still breaking for you even now. I know how hard this is. I’m so sorry. ❤
Thank you so much. ❤️
Jen I’m so sorry for your loss. I wouldn’t consider that you failed but that circumstances intervened. Maybe it would be easier to try for a week at a time or divide a longer video into 2 or 3 parts. Do what you can and don’t worry about it. Hugs
Thank you so much Rowena. I appreciate your kind words and support so much. ❤️
Bunnies are the best. ❤ I'm sure Elly had a fantastic life with you. Keeping animals is hard sometimes. 😔
Thank you. She was just such a sweet and snuggly girl. She is missed every time I walk by her room which her room was situated between the kitchen and living room so it’s several times everyday.
My precious friend. I’m sorry about your baby. I know it hurts bad. It’s heartbreaking.
Yes it’s never easy and I’d anticipated it being hard so it’s no surprise. Everyday for the past 2 years I’ve thought we’re an incredible blessing for us since she was so very old and I’m grateful she was in good health more or less til the very end. I’m mostly hurt that she didn’t just fall asleep peacefully and not wake. I really really wanted that for her.
@@jencordial I’m sorry. That’s the worst part, I’m sure.
Hi Jen , In contrast to potatoes, I have never used copper on tomatoes, and to be honest I wouldn't overdo it. Even though late blight struck me in the greenhouse in 2021, and copper products are permitted in organic potatoes in Germany, but they accumulate in the soil over time and thus displace other micronutrients, so to speak.
Yes I have read that about the copper. I heavily mulch with wood chips which I hope helps keeps it from getting in direct contact with my soil. And I only spray every 2-4 weeks and honestly after about the third go around I’m over it. So far I see no signs of issues. I’ve still got tons of worms and pill bugs everywhere. But thank you so much for caring enough to mention this to me. I appreciate you.
Go your pace. No pressure from us.
Thank you so much. I appreciate your support. 😊
💙 I am so sorry for your loss!
Thank you ❤️
Awwww so sorry to hear about Elly. Our fur babies are part of the family.. and like any family member we hate to see them suffering. Elly and Stew are together again...
Thank you so much for this. It was so sweet to read that last sentence ❤️
I’m so sorry Jen. 😢 take good care.
Thank you ❤️
I have the worst luck with aloe! Btw, your plants look great!
It’s always a surprise to me when my aloe does really well. Different aloe plants in the same spot same everything and they do poorly. So I honestly don’t have it figured out but I’ll just keep trying.
The copper things are for something called electroculture. People claim putting them in the ground near your plants will help them grow.
I had a patient of mine tell me about it. I’m not even sure if I’m using them right. I really should have done a little research beforehand. Thank you 😊
If TH-cam is getting on your case for daily content, Id suggest maybe doing like 3-5 min videos of daily tips when it comes to gardening etc 💚
That’s a really great idea. I’m definitely gonna do some brainstorming on ideas for videos this weekend. Thank you 😊
I also heard u tube takes some off your subs away, weird. Can you use one of those torch thingy for the poison vegetation? Wow, she lived along time. Hugs, prayers to you and yours. U tube does have shorts, maybe.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they did that. But as far as using the torch in that area I’d be too afraid I’d set the woods on fire. And the poison is mostly on the neighbors property so I just try to keep the ivy type stuff from growing into my areas
Yes Elly was quite an old rabbit. I’m so grateful to have had in my life for so long. We got her when she was 4 weeks old.
And I do put up some shorts but I’d like to make it a more regular thing. They are helpful at getting me subs when I do.
So sorry for your loss ❤❤❤
Thank you ❤️
So sorry about Elly , prayers prayers prayers 🙏
Thank you so much ❤️
Does it have to be a longer video or can it be shorts? I think you could take "taste tests" of each of your tomatoes and post them separately, so they would be just a minute or so long. Then they would be searchable by tomato variety and would come up in searches. You have such a unique "brand" in that you grow the mostest varieties of any TH-camr I've seen. Just a thought. This way you just go through old videos and edit them by variety?
That’s something I think I could definitely do. The only problem is the way I record with my phone makes it difficult to turn them into shorts without having to crop the screen if that makes sense. It then looks odd. It’s not impossible just a little more difficult. But thank you very much for the suggestion.
I'm still watching your video, but I'd love to see reviews on Appalachian heirlooms you've grown! Maybe a different variety a day?
Omg I'm so sorry about your bunny!! 😢❤
Thank you about my bunny❤️. And I love that idea. I’m writing it down in my ideas book right now. I know I have several in my garden right now. Thank you 😊
Hi jen how are you doing today iam doing fine today thank you for sharing stay safe ❤❤❤
Hello. I am well. I hope you are too. 😊
So for your loss. Jen you could do daily gardening chores. You don't even have to be on camera.
Thank you.
And I’m thinking of trying to do some short videos of things like that. Thank you for your suggestion. Each one helps to push me follow through with my ideas. 😊
I'm so sorry about your bunny.😥
Thank you ☺️
10-11 minute videos. Could be drive to work with you talking. Cooking dinner, watering plants. Does not need to be anything crazy. Can even be a three minute hey I’m here and I’m doing blah blah blah.
It’s funny you say that because I so need to do better at making shorter videos so says my husband but then I also hear people want longer form content. And honestly I clearly could do shorter videos because the ones I always think don’t have a lot in them when I’m done editing they are 20-30 minutes long 😆. I’ll get the hang of this TH-cam thing if it’s the last thing I do 😊
@@jencordial I think to keep up daily posting shorter would just be necessary. I think TH-cam has gone off the rails. I don’t know anyone with the amount of time required to do that much every day.
Copper keeps slugs out!
Really. I’ve never tried that. I have copper spray that I use on my tomato plants to help with disease. So do I use it directly on the peppers or cucumbers or flowers?. It won’t be harmful?
@@jencordial I don’t know about the spray, but I see people coiling copper wire around plant bases and adding copper tape to planter rims to keep them out.
@@GreenThumbGardener65 oh copper tape. I will look that up. Thanks
Hi, came back to see how you are doing. From my eyes, i think you are doing well. the curve is exponential (like a hockey stick), not linear, We human brains work linearly, this means we have to learn about slow growth (the handle of the stick), and it lasts long. but if you keep doing what you do, You will reach your goal. You have what it takes: you are funny, you are honest, and you are beautiful, your content is informative, useful. I think the growth is heathy.
I very much appreciate you sticking with me. Thanks for all your encouraging words. I really needed to read them today. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.
