Great to meet you at Itatiaia National Park - you are MY HERO. Our "chance" meeting on Mt. Caledonia looking for the Grey-winged Cotinga will remain a brightspot of the trip for me.
2022 and these vlogs still being my favorite videos from all over TH-cam. I've been trying to look for Doobie's social media or website but I couldn't find anything... Does he have Instagram or something? I wonder if he still doing bird photography.
I want your life! I've been to Costa Rica for a 1 month twice in past two years and if I'd have had a camera I would have loved to get photo's like this. Highlight of my trip hands down was the Green Macaw, wish I had my camera!! Keep up the awesome work.
My favorite bird image from those you shared here is the Strip-Breasted Starthroat. Your discernible use of flash inspires me to invest and learn the techniques. 70D this summer, just a EOS-M for now. Thanks for sharing these videos. I learned a good deal about the experience I would of never known. I will check out your site now. Happy trails.
I was surprised to see you in Brazilian lands, the very first time I saw your channel signed him, I learned a lot watching your videos and I'm glad you enjoyed my land. I sincerely hope you will return and recommend you have a place, national park da Serra dos Órgãos, is located in Teresopolis and spans over the other two municipalities of Rio de Janeiro, Petropolis and Guapimirim. It's a great place with a varied multitude of birds, well worth the journey.

Really nice video. I always enjoy your video blogs. I have watched them all, but I never saw a glimpse of you in action.... I would love to see you shoot with the tripod, even if it is only for 5 seconds. Maybe I can steal some techniques ;). Looking forward to the next videoblog.
Is your travel buddy's last name Shapiro? I've seen his photos on eBird and many of the dates and locations on his photos match yours. Love these blogs, no matter old they are I just can't stop watching them!
That was amazing you make it look so easy, that's the mark of a true professional. Are you using the specific bird calls to attract that species and what type of equipment do you play back the sound on.
Hi Glenn, Awesome video! I am searching for a lightweight waterproof jacket for some travelling in South America, so I was wondering what Arc'teryx jacket you are wearing here? or if you have some recommendations for other jackets?
Glenn Thank you for such great videos.. The cushion on the tripod where did you get it? I find my setup that is like yours but 3 lbs heavier annoying on my shoulder after a mile or so.
I just love nature and wild life photography. Just want to know how to bwcome a wildlife photographer I dont have any professional photography knowledge
Somrita Chaterjee ....Check the recent top bird photographers list...and may be you could Pm them...We do have our own wildlife photographer from India.
