Its frustrating that there are hardly any parts avaialabe to fix any of these guns (regardless of brand or model). Seems the only answer is always that theyll send you a new gun if you send yours back. (Not a slam on Pyramyd. Seems to be industry wide.)
There's definitely a glitch in the notos. I'm having problems getting mine to accept air. It was doing it even before I opened up the reg. I have to completely empty it to be able to pump it up again. I will figure it out and deal with it on my own I void every warranty as soon as I get one because I take em apart and see how they work and possibly modify them if I can. 👊 great video Lou! I've purchased over 20 airguns from pyramyd air and they have always done me ✅️ right!..

Good to hear that they treated you well 🙂👍. I didn't have the greatest experience with PA, they gave me the run around, sales associates contradicted each other. They promised certain things to me that where not done. Their 10 for 10 deal is also a waste of money.
Sorry to hear that so far I have been lucky I've only had to return two guns in my lifetime that in itself is pretty lucky LOL especially since I usually go for the cheaper models appreciate all your Insight and experience stay safe and happy shooting
Good review on this brotha. I used to deal w Pyramyd Air for 20 yrs or so. Got tired of defective products. They don't check their stock out before shipping and make you pay to do it. Then I found out they were putting the returns on the wrong shelves and it was being sent out to customers! Unbelievable! So no more Pyramyd Air for me. I've been dealing with other Air gun outlets and haven't had those problems since. Utah Airguns checks the stuff out for free. Those kinds of dealers are better on that part. The Air gun makers do have problems in house. So you have to be careful out there what you purchase or it becomes a big hassle really fast. Stay safe out there brotha. Hope this helps

I had a bad Umarex Emerge that never got over 200 fps out the box….I also had great service and received a new rifle in less than one week. Ruth was great.

I used to shop at Pyramyd until they sent me a compressor missing the filter. I confronted them and multiple emails later, they said its okay and enthusiasts prefer to not use filters. Every single manual says otherwise. They are good for swapping out lemons though.
Oh no! That’s definitely not good. I have not gotten anything other than Airguns and Ammo from them. I have a GX compressor that seems good so far🙏 Thanks for the information and stopping by 👍Stay safe and happy shooting

I used to grab everything them, I definitely used that return policy's 9 lives. 🤣🤣 Worst part of the whole thing was that they worked really close and helped with everything. My 1st unit failed and we swapped out units. They never installed the filter in the 2nd unit. Both my 1st and 2nd units ran poor. Oil galore in the drain. I was unaware they didnt install the filter and used it for a few hours. With my gear potentially compromised they wanted nothing to do with me. Shifted blame and then made that statement, saying I can run it with no filter. Their own manuals have caution and warnings littered throughout their manuals. Crazy...
@@FirstStateAirgun haha yep! It was different people giving me the same story too, not just one person. They do a good job with pretty much everything else though. I just cant go back because of principle. They make it very easy for everyone to get all their gear in one spot. Finding a new alternative is the tricky part. You might end up having to order things from 2 or 3, maybe 4 different stores, but I keep giving new smaller places a chance. Some suck LOL!
I still need to watch Walnut and Steel video on the QC issues he is having but hopefully those are not common problems! *Sometimes you better pay a bit more to get it from a place that you trust will take care of you later than go cheap and bite the boolet to save 20$!*
I believe he was having a leaking issue so far mine is holding really well of course this is the second one but the replacement is working just fine so far

The problem I had with pyramyd Air is that they so call ( archive ) their receipts and if you can't find your receipt if a gun has to go back to the company under warranty and if you get hold of pyramyd Air to get a copy of your receipt they tell you that you never bought the gun from them because they can't find the receipt !! This has happened to me twice !! And now I have to pay out of pocket for parts or repair to the gun ! They told me I never got one of my guns from them but I still have the original box it came in and it has the shipping label on it that says shipped from pyramyd Air so how the heck can they tell me I didn't get it from them ??

Ever since pyramydair change hands its been steadily going down hill !! Their customer service has dropped way off ' they have been sending out used guns as new guns ' and the catalogs has really gone to 💩 they have very few guns in them and haerdly any info at all about the guns that are in the catalog !!

that's good news. many airguns have leak problems, even the most expensive ones. also we have a bipod mount & ldc conversion kit for those notos 👍

If they cant find the receipt Tim, it may have been sent out by airgun depot..they've done that to me 3x..
