Glad you will be showcasing this game - it is very good. One thing to add from my perspective. I already owned Roll Player and so I pulled it out and played it five times and created five characters. The best part of this was that I was NOT concerned with my "score" in playing Roll Player ... I always kept the highest dice (or the 1 in order to flip it to a 6) and tried to get a bunch of cards ... all this knowing that importing the character into RP Adventures the high values for each attribute would give me a higher starting point and the cards would give me more abilities to manipulate the dice playing RP Adventures. I got some pretty good characters to import in this way! While I didn't look through all the benefits to the race, class and backstory, if you plan on creating your own characters using Roll Player you might want to see what the special abilities are for each and choose according to which would suit you play style. I have heard people rave about the Knight for example (which I didn't use:) I look forward to the next video in this series!!!
@@RollingSolo Not yet unfortunately. It was only recently that I got the base game. The excitement and great reviews surrounding Roll Player Adventures really peaked my interest in the original games. I've been hooked on the base game for a few weeks now and am spending the weekend with the two expansions. Amazing games and love the sprawling adventures the newest entry brings to the fold. Hoping this hits Canadian retail soon and very much looking forward to your experience with the game!

Looks really good. I haven't played Roll Player but have always been interested in it. What gameplay elements would I be missing in this if I can't get the KS version?
I’d check the campaign page for any Kickstarter only items. I don’t believe there’s much of that on Roll Player Adventures. They’re selling the game and expansion on their store too.
Will be interesting to see how you think it plays with construct another person recently played with construct and said he wouldn’t recommend it as some thing from story don’t make sense if you play as one
@@RollingSolo I was sure that it will come to stores, so I didn't back it...but you know, Winter is coming and I love my fantasy PnP-ish stuff around that time 😁 So I wait and watching you playing that game 😆
@@PGCole Winter is indeed coming. Already had a nice sized snow dump recently. The best time of year for board games! Hope you enjoy the coverage of the game and it helps you decide on it!
I was going to back this but I found the artwork to be very naive and childish. Even the cover for the box looks like something drawn by an amateur. A pity because I know the game is solid.
Thanks Adam for another great setup video! Super helpful in getting this to the table!
Thanks so much! Glad to help and have fun on your adventures 🔥

Thanks for sharing that Len! Looking forward to releasing gameplay. 🔥
Can't wait for the playthrough!
See you then Sean! Do you have this one already?

Woohoo! This will be great to see you playthrough. The nice part is not having to worry about spoilers since I have played the first adventure.
Excellent! See you there Kenneth ;D
Really looking forward to seeing more.
Excited to release it!

IT'S HAPPENING!
Oh yes it is! ;D
Yay! I've been looking forward to your videos on this one. 😊
Playing this myself and just finished adventure 6.
Awesome, I've been looking forward to this one to say the least! You're moving along at a solid pace. I like it! :D
I'm looking forward to the gameplay!
Man ... now I wish I had included the expansion in my pledge ...
Good news is that the expansion is available from their site!
@@RollingSolo Nice!
Awesome man, seeing your list of games, im instantly followed your channel.
Finally somebody like me who loves PC-like board games. 😅⚔️
Sounds like we’re similar that way! Glad you found us. See you around! 👏🏼😄
Can i mix the second expansion whit all this and add to It the profession and familiers from the beginning or not?
Great question! Off hand I don’t remember but I want to say yes? lol
Need to check myself now 😜

@@RollingSolo cool, I didn't know they were selling it all on their store. That's for the heads up!
Looking forward to this series. My copy just arrived and I’ll be playing along. The big question I have is true solo or two handed?
Off camera I’d go two handed for synergies but there’s nothing wrong with true solo for a quicker gameplay experience. 😄👍🏼

Ah! Should be interesting to see this play out. :)
I should have backed it....stupid me...stupid...
The great news is that it will be available outside of Kickstarter. 😄👍🏼

Just got it yesterday from noble knight games paid retail but its my Christmas present so it’s fine

The gameplay is extremely solid in Roll Player and RPA. There are some pieces of art I think look a bit off but overall I like that it’s unique.
