    So many people want to support the NJ girls but can’t because of how they are going about this. Just go to court to layout the facts and proofs. This is the right way of handling it and not whatever their doing now.

    YES this is a great move of KMCA to put some sense in this groups Head that a contract is a serious commitment to fulfill this not a subscription only. Thisxentails BILLIONS of Money to make a group popular. Straighten up , finish your contract, shut up or BUY OUT YOUR CONTRACT.

    I am now truly wondering about the education in Korea. How come educated people cannot understand that NJ and MHJ are the problem here. Where in KMCA's statement did they say the NJ cannot terminate their contract?? It was clearly mentioned that they should have civilized conversation with their label and if no middle ground can be reached, then for them to await court's judgement. How is this being Slv?

    Contracts are there for a reason. If kpop idols can just do as they please.. what's the use of it? Nj truly has ruined it for new trainees. Imagine how strict their contracts would be. Small and medium companies will suffer as investors will be discouraged to invest in kpop companies.

    The way that NJ went about this is all wrong and it’s going to get them banned from the music industry. If there is/was wrongdoing from adore/hybe then they should have filed a lawsuit and done everything by the book BEHIND CLOSED DOORS. Instead they threw a public temper tantrum and issued ultimatums. They thought they would be able to force the company into doing whatever they wanted and that the public would fully support them. But all i see is alot of theatrics and not much evidence of wrongdoing. You cant have your cake and eat it too.

    Most of t he bunnies are younger and do not understand the proper way to handle breaking a contract. NJs were biased by listening and willfully following both mhj and the uncle who both had selfish greed and want to use these young ladies. Thats why a parent gave that info to Dispatch. I hope they start just thinking more about their future. Well, that may be too late. They are affecting everyone associated with K-Pop at this point and SK is not going to allow their ignorance to affect a multi billion dollar industry, when all that happened was someone saying they were ignored after first greeting at a place they had no reason being. NJs had their own make-up area and H has behaved very poorly and now its been shown, she wasnt completely honest in other statements. ADOR is trying, saying its I nsincere doesn t make it so.

    Kinda don't get the last comment of the Knetz. New jeans are free to terminate their contract, but there are consequences to that action (like paying the termination fee) . There must be proper procedures to end that contract. Honestly, there is no party here that is innocent, hybe/ador didn't do a great job in handling this, and New jeans team is probably doing this to get more money.

Because it all started when MHJ trying to cease ADOR from HYBE one of the investors let the company knows what was taking place then the company do an audit of ADOR and realize what MHJ was doing. Her Shannan was in on it too that’s where all hell break loose.MHJ is the person who dragged NJ and other artists in this mess. The only thing I blame ADOR /HYBE for is employed MHJ who was working at SM without doing a proper investigation into her background. I hope no one employ her with that stain on her. So using legal clauses in the contract is wrong? May be morally wrong but not legally right? You can blame them for being preferential but not for using the loop holes in contract to get out. I mean that's how we all live in our lives. Example: using exceptions to get discounts at stores, trying to get add on benefits while booking things etc... If you are going to speak out then you better have some evidence to back it up. It's best to legal up. A corporation has a huge amount of power and resources, so you need to play your cards right if you want to win.

    I know newjeans is receiving tons of hate but their faces are everywhere. Dior, Gucci, Korean Vouge Elle, and so on. Sponsors and Advertisers are still interested in them which is why they think they have such power. Hybe and Adore and still making a ton of money off of newjeans and newjeans themselves are making tons of cash Im sure. I like newjeans but I think they are getting the wrong info where they think they can breach their contracts like they are doing. Its only a matter of time before the courts make a ruling and they end up coming back down to earth and take a HUGE financial hit for trying to breach their contracts. Im just not the type who is going to hate on them for this because its not like they killed anyone or are drunk driving or whatever. They are young kids between 16 and 20 and I'm just not going to hate on kids for getting bad influences from adults like MHJ.

      I feel sorry for them as they are surrounded by bad people who are giving them terrible advice, none of which is good. MJH is in deep trouble which I am sure she will not escape from. She will at best be made bankrupt and at worst see prison. She has absolutely nothing to lose so she is fighting like someone drowning but arming NewJeans with paper spears to fight for her using the media to try and gain public support where she has none already. They believe the lies they are being told and their egos have been inflated by these whispers in their ears which makes them think they can win a legal case on the flimsiest of evidence provided so far. They are so far in now it will be very hard to fight their way back out of the mess they have created for themselves. Even if they returned to Ador to wait for a court ruling in many months time, I doubt there will be much demand from companies to work with them in the future as their brand reputation will have plummeted faster than Hybe shares. Their existing contracts and schedules are providing work for now but will cease in a few months time. They had it all but seem to have thrown it all away quicker than they earned it.

      The main competitor of Hybe is Kakao. Kakao CEO arrested because of SM's stock price manipulation that cause Hybe failed to be the majority of SM's shareholder. Kakao now is the majority of SM's shareholder. When Min Hee Jin plan to attack Hybe, she talk with former Kakao director with Kakao Talk. It proved in the first injunction court. So, what is the relation of Min Hee Jin with Kakao?

    Hybe ended MHJ's contract so now NewJeans is doing the same thing to Hybe, good for them. Looks like there were enough loopholes in the contract for NewJeans to pull this off. The KMCA should instead be getting mad at Hybe's lawyers for wording their termination clauses so ambiguously.

      HYBE is the Employer. MHJ is just an Employee. She made a grave mistake of acting like the Boss, so HYBE fired her. Now, NJ reacted and wanted her back like WTF? NJ might be the model but behind the scenes HYBE is pulling all the strings for their shows, concerts, music streams, etc. without HYBE NJ is non-existent.

    • @bimotok757
      @bimotok757 8 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +11

      It is not Hybe that fired Min Hee Jin, but Ador board directors. And it is legal in South Korea that board directors can change the CEO position. Hybe cannot fired Min Hee Jin as a CEO at that time because of shareholder agreement. But later Hybe cancel the shareholder agreement in the court. At second injunction court, Hybe won against Min Hee Jin. New Jeans can break their contract in the court if they confident with their claim. I think you are too stup1d to understand. Please get proper education.
