Peace be to you! I'm a new subscriber. This is a very informative video! I REALLY like your format. The advice about the address is SO accurate! It's a bad look being late for your interview. 😰 I'm a Hospitalist Physician Assistant in Washington, D.C. Location really DOES play a big role in pay. Also, shadowing is a VERY good idea. I've turned jobs down when I didn't feel it was a good fit for me.
I have a classmate who took a derm job for 40k a year, full-time....
Yikes! Hopefully for a short period of time or with some commission.
When asking to shadow for a day, do you often ask to shadow the doctor or PA specifically?
I would recommend asking specifically for the person you want to shadow.
