I am checking the wiki on this champ soo you got no regen but you got a free spirit visage as a passive. Her passive is Nasus on Steroids (%25 heal from true dmg (pre-mitigation damage)), with a scaling and stacking bleed. That shit can go from 10 to 150 (at level 18) bleed per second (which is not that much), but there is an Ad ration, soo basically if you have at level 18 500 AD you do from 280 to 900 bleed dmg from your passive and heal from that about 70 to 225 without the heal modifier, and with it you can go to up to 337.5 and if you add lets say Spirit visage just shy of 506.25 per second. So basically in 5 seconds with 500 AD she deals in between 1400 dmg with one stack to 4500 dmg with 9 stacks and heals 350 with one stack to 1125 with full stacks, and can go from 525 with full life heal bonus to 1687.5 heal and if you also add SV(Spirit Visage) you will have 787.5 to 2531.25. And all of that from passive. All those numbers are on a champ with no armor and while Briar doesn't have armor pen. Now for her Q you got a dash, stun, AA reset and armor pen for 5 seconds with a cd of 9. Still from the 500 AD from the last point we got just shy of 720 dmg with armor pen of 26%, if you add Serylda's Grudge you get 56% Armor pen, with Cleaver you go to 86% and why not if you have Rageblade too 101% with boots and 106% without boots. (if you are wondering how the extra 6% will do well basically for 100 armor you will Penetrate 106, that would be close to a -9% dmg reduction(not sure what is the stat for 6 armor but for 10 is 9%)) W is a Dash, speed, AS buff, and DMG buff. So if you have 350 MS you get to 560 MS so not even Heka can escape, AS from 1 to 2.2 cause why not (in her case with base AS you get to 2.01894 AS). Case RITO her W is a Doctorate in W if you recast her W after 5 seconds of "Intensive Gameplay Mechanics" you get extra AD and Heal, with double scale for AD. If we go again for 500 AD her next basic attack would do 590 DMG + 30% of the missing health of the target (that is the second AD Scaling, to explain it you get base 10% and with 500 AD you get another 20%). In shot she gets Vayne third shot as W(without True DMG part). And she heals from that for 383.5 HP, 575.25 with Passive and 862.*75 with SV. E is Y W on Steroids with Mundo's Passive on more Steroids (You can say her E is Steroids on Steroids). Basically her has Heal, DMG reduction, CC immunity, CC, and slow. Her heal is 4% of max HP and you can hold this for 3 seconds, with 0.5 to 2 Seconds CC, if the target is not in JNG(next to a wall basically). If we assume she got 500 AD, she just hits you with 720 Magic DMG from that 3 second charge (don't know what is the min soo I assume is 240??). With a bonus is the target hits a wall for just 1640 Magic (I think the 3 second charge needs to be here too). And the total dmg would be 2360 Magic as an AD champ (Just for fun if she also has 500 AP she would do just 4060, Veigar with W at 3414 AP can do the same from W) R She gets, Cleanse, Armor, MR, speed, LS, DMG, AS buff, fear and slow. At this point the dmg from her initial hit is about 1050 with 500 ad. But what is stupid on this is the bonus Resistances she gets 20% if you don't understand what that means 500 she gets 100, while having base 103 Armor and 67 MR, in total that would be 203 Armor and 167 MR on a DMG dealer like her. In Conclusion to that she gets close to 67% DMG Reduction vs AD and 63% from AP. In Conclusion this champ would miss range, blind, heal and buff to friendlies to literally to everything. After all this her kit gets a lot of dmg, heal, DMG reduction, mobility and CC. To be more specific with CC and mobility, she has a total of 4.35 seconds of fear (2.85 on the target and 1.5 AOE to the rest). While the mobility side of this gets 3 dashes (Q, W , and the global one from R) and 2 MS buffs (60% from W or 90% from R). I have a way to perfectly balance this champ, only People With Disabilities which severely impact on their gameplay can unlock Brair and Yummi, they have to send disability certificate to riot to get approved. And Brair Yummi is not bannable in rank
No she is bad while behind. Think nautilus or blitzctank type of game flow. She is a mid game champion and most people don’t have the macro to play against her. Most of the time folks build massive teams to shut her down(garen/ult top, veigar ult middle, Warwick/rammus jungle, varus adc and like a cc nautilus/rell or disruption support like janna) Outside of those factors she can be very strong akin to a yi or xin who is also in the same boat but she doesn’t have the ability combinations outside of oooga booga in a fight that’s 60% done and clean up. If she speed runs to level 6 and starts hitting ults on folks she does change the tempo. Real stat checks champions are shyvana, kat, or Irela. Once those champions get a 1-2 item lead there is literally nothing you can do.

She isn’t broken and it’s not because of her winrate it’s because she is an int machine, with a weak early game, she is pretty feast or famine, and she runs in a straight line which can lead to getting easily CC and getting hit with abilities and in general all the problems that comes with running in a straight line. Also unless you get a fat fear on her ult she’s also not a good team fighter. She also has very clear counter play. There is a big difference between strong and broken. Briar is a champ that if fed will run through your team. You can’t look at someone get fed and say she’s broken cause she did what feed characters tend to do.
