You learn blues scale then that shape of notes you play in same key as chord name so when says play A it is 5th fret down ok then you will hear they fit vas a solo ok my friend😊 good luck

Reading it, I looked askance at the chord progression, especially the V resolving to the ii and the ii to the IV.
(Theory Geek, spoiled by two years music theory in first stab at higher ed.)
But it's rather pretty and I think there's a pop tune, maybe Mazzy Star's Fade to You, that uses this progression, sung with a winsome voice.
I'm trying to write my own song to the chord progression, but keep channeling that pop tune.
The tune I'm trying to write jumps around the thirds of the underlying chords. (The thirds are the most emotive, IMHO.) But when I do that going from the Bm to the D I get sucked right into the Mazzy Star melody.
By the way, I appreciate this site duplicating tracks in different keys. Any lead I can put together I try to be able to play it in a couple or more keys, and the multi-key dups of the track is a big help.
