    Years ago for Christmas I got a variety box of sauces. Tiger Sauce , Datil Do It , a Cayenne sauce and one more I forget. The Datil Sauce at that time was the most outstanding flavor bomb I have had. I remember the taste after years but for some reason I havent seen it or another Datil Sauce. I hope it hadnt changed because Im fixin to get some ordered , so good.

    This is so cool!! Really enjoyed learning about some of the history and origin theories of the Datil. Awesome to see that there's a good amount of pepper research going on!

    I actually got his hot sauce pack as a gift from my mother in law. The datil sauce has the best flavor profile and is also the hottest

    Amazing Pepper. Been to St. Augustine myself.
    It’s best in a BBQ sauce

    If one ever finds themselves in St.Augustine ....You've got to eat at O Steens...Try the Minorcan clam chowder...made with Datil peppers. The stuff was formulated in Heaven...
