Quick question - I have Full medicaid status and LIS level 2. A summary of benefits from a certain Dual plan said my drug costs are zero for covered drugs. is my copay really zero or do i pay $1.35 for generics and $4 for brand names? i wasnt sure, thanks a ton!

It will likely depend on what tier they fall in. It's possible your lower-tiered medications may have a $0 copay. However, if you have a higher-tiered drug, you may have those smaller copays. Just to be sure, you can always give them a call to verify!

My grandma got approve of the subsidy for her prescription drug. She wonder if the subsidy will be directly deposited to her account with her pension or will they send that through mail

The subsidy through the Extra Help program that pays part or all of her premium goes to the Part D plan carrier, not the enrollee, to our understanding. But we never deal with this, so we could be wrong. We suggest you call the SS office to check with them.
