    I have anxiety also. What are some tips that get you through the anxiety each day?? I'm also a very sensitive person so when I see someone crying I cry too with that person. I've seen you cry in some videos and I tear up I'm like it'll be ok Shaun and I'd say to the screen I just wanna hug you

    I to have anxiety especially at night when I'm trying to get the sleep that I need and what helps me is have a book you should definitely check out called cracked not broken by Kevin Hines. He to has anxiety and depression. He jumped from the golden gate Bridge and when he did that it was an instant regret for his actions. What else helps me is watching your workout videos especially insanity which is an amazing workout. I don't understand why people can hate that workout. Yes it's tough but it gets you in shape and gets you the cardio you need, it also gets your heart pumping and you'll get stronger. I did the fit test twice and you know what because of that I'm feeling amazing results everywhere. Shaun have you ever tried Billy Blanks Tae Bo?? If you haven't you should try it out. It's mixed martial arts. Insanity reminds me of that workout. Keep doing amazing things. I've tried all different workouts throughout the years and now I love working out
