All thing I got relatively easy within a day after the clues. But Lentil got me, I only knew, it would be some indian food, but did not find the correct hints wich one it could be. But to be fair: I was never certain, that any of this could be correct. especially "thrashing" cause I only got it from the poem, not from the audio.

I'm sorry but we have to talk about all the random ideas we all had, like the grit bin lead, or how we had 20 people in a discord vc, all researching different words for "starter", and that one time when we all watched a man walk to a handbag shop which was called "MF HANDBAGS", just because it had the same initials as Max. The treasure hunt has been great and I've met a bunch of amazing people.

Or, if not, how ever many what3words combos did you have to go through, before you found one which was for a suitable public-accessible hiding-place and was so amenable to cluing? It impressed me that you managed to find 3 "red herring" locations in a straight line, one Gt. Yarmouth which has a red herring connection as you point out, and Motherwell and Darlington which fitted your "maximum" and "lentil" clues so well.

I wonder what would've happened if someone just took the briefcase. You needed to phone max to get the code right, but you could also probably brute force it (both in terms of trying every combination and breaking the case) and then you get the money
Wow fair play to those who worked it out. Parts seemed a little tenuous tho. Was there a way of working out what order the 3 words should have been in? If not 9 locations would have been tough (unless most were in fact outside of the UK)
