This is great, I just listened to it tor the first time. Though it’s a shame one has to stop to skip ads in the middle of a meditation. I always found to be an unspoken rule for this type of content to either have ads at the beginning of a video or at the very end of it. I understand it’s an unsolicited advice, but I think it would help your already helpful content. Wishing you keep up with the good work 🙌
