They are handing civilians a gun and uniform, then essentially being sent to their death by commanders who sit in a cozy office. This is incredibly sad to see Ukrainian people who aren't even able or willing to fight. Their only chance would be to surrender and taken as a POW, he would be safer in a Russian POW facility, than being forced to walk into the line of fire.
