the last few years of my Dad's life, he and I listened to your wonderful renditions of much loved fiddle tunes. My Dad was a fiddler and he thought you were an amazing talent
I am so happy you are going to do a tune a day again. Something to look forward to each day. Thanks Patti! You are such a sharing person.

It must be so wonderful playing music with Alex. Love it all, and glad you're going to do this again. Happy New Year, Patti!
Kate F It’s pretty darn special, especially seeing as how he lives in Alberta now. It sure warms my heart. :)
Wow,
Do you know Civil Service Breakdown? It’s a tune played in the James Bay Communities. If you search up “Waskaganish Dancers” You’ll find a video with a Wedding event going on. It’s the second tune of the dance around 8:13 or just simply type in the search bar “Arnold Awashish - Civil Service Breakdown”
Jae I’ve never heard of it but will look for it now! Thanks!
Wonderful! Glad to see you’re doing this series again and best wishes for a very happy 2019!
dmswan Part of me thinks I’m nuts for doing it again, but it’ll be fun for sure. :)

Yay! I’m so happy you’re doing this again! Will you take requests?
Of course.
Well, how about Jimmy’s Favorite Jig (you did a lesson on it but I don’t believe it made it into your last 365 days) and how about Doc Boyd’s Jig - another great old Canadian fiddle tune?
