  • These are the traditional Brazilian Pao de Queijo or Brazilian Cheese Bread if you prefer. This is the easiest yet delicious recipe you'll ever make. It's so fluffy, soft, and loaded with cheese. It's is gluten free and perfect with a cup of coffee. Hope you try some day!
    Ingredients:
    130 g Mozzarella (or any other cheese)
    1 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Oil
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Salt
    2 cups Tapioca Flour
    130g Mozzarella (or any other cheese)
    250g Milk
    100g Oil
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Salt
    260g Tapioca Flour
    Tips:
    1) Grease well the muffing pan and sprinkle with flour. Do not use a paper cup because the bread will stick to it.
    2) I like to put the dough only halfway through the pan, so it doesn't get too big.
    3) This dough can make 12 large and 12 small bread. The little ones are my favorites.
    4) I used only mozzarella, but you can use a different cheese or even mix 2 kinds. Mozzarella and Parmesan work perfectly.

    Can you use any other flour than tapioca flour? Can you use cornstarch?

    • @CrisisCooking
      @CrisisCooking  ปีที่แล้ว

      I honestly never tried a different flour, but I don't think it's gonna work, sorry! Tapioca flour and cheese is what give it a chewie texture

    Wow... the way you made feels a bit Dutchy👌👌
    It makes the cheese and bread look way richer in texture.... fluffy, creamy, and that bottom crust for that soft crisp bite👌❤

    • @CrisisCooking
      @CrisisCooking  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Deni Wahyudin 2 cups of tapioca flour equals to 260 grams. Sorry for the very late reply! Life got really busy and I wanted to measure it myself rather than giving you an answer from google! All the measurements in grams are in the description box now. Thanks for your question!
