They all like an absolute bargain. I particularly like the white on black for the combination square, as it seemed clearer than a normal black in silver.
Hi Neil nice vid have got the dowel markers but have since bought the Wolfcraft dowel master and it’s so simple to use it’s unreal but I am interested in the guide rail will look into them thanks very much for you time in this vid well done sir
With those squares you must have been lucky because mine an the one from a friend were totaly NOT square (by the way, you did it wrong , you need the lines overlapping to see squareness) and that "clamp guide rail" chuck it in the bin because it's not holding fast for a bit when using with a router or circular saw. Just junk and waste of money. 💩💩🤦♂🤦♂
Even better: don't draw a line with a pencil but cut it lightly with a box cutter. You get a tiny but exact line on the plywood. Flip the square and see how it lines up with the cut. I always switch to 'drawing' with a knife tip when I need a precise measurement.

I agree they do seem clearer
I’m amazed you got a square square for that price. I’ve always had to put in a fair bit of work to get cheapies square.

Thanks 👍. I'll keep an eye out for a dowel master.
@@grandpasworkshopuk6120 if you look at my vids I’m sure I did a short vid on it but there’s better ones on you tube
I'll be keeping an eye out for the clamp. Cheers.
Thanks a lot Grandpa.
