+Garth Palmer that extra 1 damage makes Lightning Strike so much more relevant. Having Magma Jet in board to swap out Strike might be good for match ups where it is relevant.

While it's fantastic in limited, madcap skills suffers in constructed because you can generally count on your opponent to have spot removal, making it easy to get 2 for 1'd. The same applies to most auras, really. Destructive Revelry, Shock, Magma Jet, Doom Blade, etc., etc., etc. He's much better off using the space he would have used for madcap skills on more creatures.

i personally like legion loyalist. not as good as goblin guide but better than raging goblin. maybe drop the firefist striker for him. but i like rdw.

The only proplem i see is that you're not putting Nykthos in your deck, which SCREAMS devotion.

I think, maybe a good devotion, Awaken the Ancient could be good.

Pretty sure he dropped Mogis for the mana cost. Red decks need to move very fast and 4 drops are too slow.A good red deck needs to have the opponent dead by turn 6 or 7 or it starts going downhill quite quickly. I actually don't run playsets of anything more than a two drop in my red decks because their too slow for it to be worth the card for 1 more Red 1 and 2 drop creatures are the fastest in magic (Legion loyalist attacks on turn 1 and Rakdos Cackler is a 2/2 on turn 1)
