this tut is how to export bulk images at a time, because we are adjusting the images manually layer by layer.

Yeah, essentially so you get the positioning you want. The other option is to just create an action that does the crop, save and close, then run it over and over again. There may be a better way though, but I just haven't put time into finding it yet.
