Usually I prefer to do gel nails, but if work like this can only be done in clear acrylic with an older curing lamp, I'm going to be very happy I saved my non-led curing lamp!
Just curious, is there a reason other than preference, to use a cover pink to sculpt the full nail instead of clear? I feel like it's a waste to just cover it all up, it's such a pretty peach color!

Happy Holidays! !! I wanted to comment to you that even though stilletos are " in ", I think no shorter than what you have now. When short and wide at the tip of the finger they don't look as good. This length is good. Just my opinion though.

Felicia Marie Torre Any colour would show through the aluminium as a tint. So you could use it as a deliberate design choice, but that's not the look Kirsty was going for.
What was said above as well as the colored UV gel is a soft gel and not a hard gel. It doesn't hold its shape as well as the sculptor gel does and levels quickly.
Adams video of her doing the nails was excellent!!! I don't know why he said we couldn't see it. I seen it just fine. He is just a perfectionist.

i think itd be similar, but you might have a hard time getting around all the edges since you've got 3d stuff on top, but i never tried it!!
You will get a similar effect, check out tomorrows video for our new chromes, and we shot a chrome video today that showed how to do chrome on 3D.

Rochelle Marcum Chrome powder buffs to a mirror-like shine, whereas the aluminium polish is more matt. It's all about what specific look you're after.
