turn on fxaa and anisotropic filtering. Wont hurt fps and helps with smoothing lines

@@VegitoBlackityBlack Technically gta v was remastered for pc,ps4 x1 release. But still close to a decade old but the gfx requirements are intense depending on where in the map you go. Even a 20 series gpu may have difficulty rendering high fps in grass areas. All depends on settings
